Hi! I’m Amy - founder of Up Level Coaching & Consulting, certified executive coach, and a lifelong student of what makes us women feel confident, capable, and clear on what we want.

Owning It was born out of both lived experience and academic research. It’s rooted in the findings from my Master’s thesis on confidence, where I explored how coaching helps women build self-belief, what gets in the way, and the practices that help us stop second-guessing ourselves and start believing in ourselves instead.

Over the years, I’ve coached hundreds of ambitious women - leaders, creatives, founders - who are navigating change and want to feel more solid in themselves. And again and again, I’ve seen that confidence isn’t something you have. It’s a skill you build, remember, and practice.

This warm, intimate group is not about performance. It’s about gorgeous feminine, supportive presence.

  • Yes. This space is designed for women like you - who are thoughtful, self-aware, and not new to growth. Owning It doesn’t repeat surface-level advice. It goes deeper, helping you reconnect to your own wisdom and anchor into a confidence that actually lasts.

  • That’s ok. All sessions are recorded and shared privately with the group (except breakouts). You’ll also receive weekly prompts, tools, and exercises to keep you connected to the work, even if life gets busy.

  • Absolutely. You don’t need to be in a big life shift to benefit. Many women join because they’re simply ready to feel more like themselves again - less doubt, more clarity, and a deeper sense of trust in who they are becoming.

  • You’ll have access to a private WhatsApp group where you can check in, share reflections, and feel supported by the other women in the cohort. It’s a gentle, low-pressure space with optional prompts and encouragement throughout the journey.

This is a small, intentional pilot group with sliding scale pricing to honour different life circumstances:

  • 2 spaces at €50/week (€250 total)

  • All other spots: €80–€120/week (€400–€600 total)
     → You choose what feels right for you, no questions asked.

We begin in July 2025 for one hour/week.
Spots are limited to keep it personal and spacious.
